Trail Rides

Experience riding the beautiful wooded mountain trails in Bent Tree. Our guided trail rides go alongside rushing creeks, through wooded terrain and beside an inspiring waterfall. We even have a lake crossing with gorgeous mountain vistas. Open all year round.

Reservations are by appointment only

• We can book groups of 5-7 riders depending on age, weight and experience level
• Ride times are usually 10:30a, 1:00p and 3:00p . . . . . . . . . . . . .
• Weight limit is 200 lbs. and depends upon the availability of our larger horses
• We allow children 12+ years old (who can demonstrate "ease and control" of a horse)
  • Children ages 7 thru 11 y.o. will be elevated individually and if qualified may be tethered to a lead rope and led from a guide horse.
  • Double riding (parent and child on one horse) is NOT permitted
  • We offer hand-led arena rides and or lessons for children under 12 y.o. who do not qualify for trail riding
• Riding helmets are recommended and available. Required if under 18 yo.
